Believe it or not, this girl is starting to like dogs. Lila snuggled little Lizzie until Lizzie couldn't take it any more.

Daddy's Girls
Long ago, we took Savannah to Daddy's old stomping grounds. We were such proud, new parents.
(Just in case Krzyzewskiville doesn't give it away, I am referring to Duke.)
We came full circle and took all three while in Durham over Easter.
There is a little more "girl" going on in our lives now. Never did we dream that we would be back with three beautiful, sweet and loving girls. Life was good with one girl but it is so much richer and the love runs so much deeper with three.
P.S. I am choking back tears after searching through Savannah's baby pictures for the ones above. She was such a cute and smiley little baby. I want to hold that little girl all over again!

Trampoline Tricks
My girls REALLY want a trampoline. They aren't getting one but it was sure fun to watch them jump around on Uncle Geoff's and Aunt Natalie's!
T-Ball!
Adeline has fallen in love with baseball. Some days, she tells me that she is going to grow up and be a baseball player. This love for the sport is purely organic. We haven't promoted it or denied it.
Adeline is playing for the Angles with many little girls from Lila's kindergarten class. There are no outs, each child bats each inning and, no matter where the ball or runner goes, the rule is to throw the ball to first base. The best part is that at the end of the each game, the teams magically tie. A perfect start to an unfamiliar sport.
Miss Adeline hangs with the other girls on the field. Most girls aren't totally focused or driven to to field the ball. When they play an all boys team, watch out. Each time the ball is hit, EVERY boy runs for it. The girls. . . well, they are more like the "Oh, would you like to get that ball or should I get it?" "You go ahead and I will just stand here and count dandelions." kind of players.
They have learned a lot in the three short weeks they have been playing. Most important, Adeline is having a great time. She looks pretty cute out there too!
